About Baby Yoga:
Baby yoga is a lovely way for parents and baby's to enjoy some time together. It can be very hard to think of things to do with such small people that is inclusive of both parties. It guides parents through a series of movements that promotes bonding and gives parents greater confidence handling their baby. Yoga helps promote balance,awareness,understanding and respect. It is the union of mind,body and spirit. Baby yoga provides the stimulation of touch,one of the most basic levels of communication. It also gives movement,aiding flexibility. Incorporating rhyme helps with body awareness,language development and makes it fun for all involved. Relaxation time at the end of each session gives all involved some much needed time out and a chance to unwind ready to face the rest of the day relaxed and invigorated.
